Everything But Anchovies was a pizza place and bar in Hanover that served Dartmouth students and the surrounding Upper Valley community for decades. The name tells you something about the personality — a little irreverent, not taking itself too seriously, exactly right for a college town. EBA, as everyone called it, was the kind of place where you ordered the same thing every time and sat in the same booth and that was the whole point. Hanover is a small town. Losing EBA made it feel smaller.
