Bardo’s was the place to go in Arlington, VA for funky good times and a bodacious assortment of original beers. They claimed to be the largest brewpub in the Western Hemisphere. Who are we to argue? It was housed in a former car dealership, after all. Opened in ‘93 and later called Dr. Dremo’s, Bardo’s had no bottled beers, no booze, and no wine, but it did have ample soul and an old Buick that looked like it crashed through the window.
